Our fully furnished condo is three miles from Walt Disney World, fifteen
minutes from Universal and Sea World. There are numerous golf courses in
the area. The Atlantic Coast and the Gulf of Mexico are approximately one
and a half hours drive away. The area affords an abundance of shopping
and dining opportunities in Kissimmee and Orlando. The Resort offers an
abundance of activities for the days when you do not want to drive.

Our Condo offers the charm of a privately owned residence and affords you
a unique experience totally different to staying in a hotel. The condo is
located on the second floor and offers spacious comfortable living
accommodation 1402 square feet. There are three bedrooms 2 bathrooms,
lounge/diner and kitchen.
The Master bedroom is separate from the other bedrooms and has a King
size bed with TV and DVD player, a large walk in closet and ensuite
facilities. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed with TV and DVD
player a large walk in closet and shares a bathroom with the third bedroom
which has twin beds and large closet. The living room has TV with DVD
recorder/player/PVR, a full size sleeper sofa. The screened lanai is
furnished with a table and chairs.
There is air-conditioning which has a heating capability throughout. Cable
TV, DVD, linen, towels and hairdryers are all provided. The kitchen is fully
equipped and includes a dish washer, electric kettle and coffee maker. The
laundry area has a full size automatic washing machine, tumble dryer, iron
and ironing board.
