Garden Estates. Formosa Garden Estates is a gated and walled community, quiet and tranquil, yet just 3 miles from
Disney! It accommodates up to 16 guests. Our home is fully air conditioned with two sitting areas, seven bedrooms,
six bathrooms, a game room, and an oversized pool with spa, computer with internet access.

About The Enchanted Retreat
It is a one minute drive to a grocery store, pharmacy, medical walk-in clinic,
and many restaurants including Outback Steakhouse, TGI Fridays,
Carrabbas and Dairy Queen. Once you have stayed at Formosa Gardens,
nothing else will compare!!
This spacious (4000 sq. ft.), non-smoking villa is situated on a large
landscaped lot on a quiet cul-de-sac. It accommodates up to 16 guests.
Our home is fully air conditioned with two sitting areas, seven bedrooms, six
bathrooms, a game room, and an oversized pool with spa. Large sundeck
and ample pool furniture for sunbathing or dining. There is a computer with
high-speed access. No pets allowed.
The Enchanted Retreat consists of the following:
Bedrooms 1-4: Master bedrooms, ensuite.
Bedroom 5: Queen bed
Bedroom 6: Two twin beds
Bedroom 7: Two double beds
Huge, 45 foot southwest facing pool
Oversized lanai for both shade and sun
Spa
Two BBQ grills
Game room: 8 ft. pool table, air hockey, darts
Fully equipped kitchen with upgraded appliances
Washer, dryer, iron, ironing board
Two lounges, one with a 60" tv with surround sound
Tvs and dvd players in every bedroom
Computer with high speed internet access
PS2 with assorted games
Gamecube with assorted games
Crib, stroller, highchair, monitor, toddler bed rails
A starter supply of toilet paper, soap, paper towels and garbage bags are
provided. You will need to provide additional supplies, including the items
mentioned. Some suggestions are dishwasher detergent, liquid dish soap,
foil, saran wrap, Ziploc bags, shampoo.
The villa is stocked with sheets, towels, kitchen towels, and beach towels.
All bathrooms are equipped with a blow dryer.
There is no smoking permitted inside the villa. This is strictly enforced.
Smoking is allowed outside the house in the screened pool area.
There is a PS2 game system with assorted games in the great room. There
is a Gamecube system with assorted games in the twin bedroom. There are
assorted toys, puzzles, games, and books provided. In addition, there is a
games room with air hockey, darts, and an 8 ft. pool table. The villa also
has a computer with high speed internet access. There are many books
and DVD movies.
The villa has the following: Crib, high chair, stroller, baby monitor,
pack-and-play, toddler bed rails, baby gate at top and bottom of stairs, and
night lights. Child safe door alarms are provided for safety. The kitchen is
supplied with sippy cups and children's plates and bowls.
The garage has been converted to the games room. There is ample
parking in the driveway. Parking is not permitted on the street overnight.
RVs and campers are not allowed to be parked in the Formosa Gardens
neighborhood.
