gated vacation community of Legacy Dunes Resort in Kissimmee, Florida just 5 miles from Disney World. Our condo
has a spacious and open floor plan with 2 master bedrooms, screened balcony, fully equipped kitchen and all of the
comforts of your own home. NEW! High Speed Internet Access!
The first master bedroom has a queen sized bed, walk in closet, LCD TV, ceiling fan, en-suite full bath. The second
bedroom has a queen sized bed, walk in closet, ceiling fan, and access to the second full bath. The condo has
a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dish washer, appliances, plates and glasses, utensils,
pots and pans and everything you would need to prepare meals. The condo has a spacious dining room, and the
living room has a 32" LCD TV, DVD player, and a queen sleeper sofa bed and love seat. This condo sleeps up to 6
people and is located on the third floor. The condo has a screened patio seating area with a great view. The condo
also has a washer and dryer for your use, an iron and ironing board and a hair dryer for your convenience.
Upon arrival, you will be provided with starter soap, shampoo and toilet paper. You will have to replenish these items
as you use them. All linens and towels are provided. If you bring towels to the swimming pool area, please be sure to
bring them back to the condo.
This unit is conveniently located close the clubhouse and swimming pool area. Convenient location with easy
access to all of the resort amenities. Legacy Dunes Resort has a beautiful tropical swimming pool, a clubhouse with
a game room, restaurant, bar, gym and fitness center, business center, basketball, volleyball and much more. A
great resort for the entire family to enjoy. Legacy Dunes Resort and our condo are located just 5 miles from Disney
off of 192/Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy. There are several restaurants and shopping centers conveniently located
near the resort.
This is a privately owned condo and there are no services provided. The unit will be cleaned before your arrival and
after you check out. It is your responsibility to keep the condo clean during your stay. For extended stays, cleaning
service can be provided for a fee. Please arrange any cleanings at the time you make your reservation.
Check in is at 4:00 PM and check out is at 10:00 AM. We need this time to have the cleaning service prepare the
condo for the next guest. The condo will be inspected before your arrival and immediately after your departure.
There are NO PETS allowed and absolutely NO SMOKING inside the condo, no exceptions! You can smoke outside
on the screened patio only.
Our rates are $79 per night, plus 13% Florida state tax. There is a $150 per week deposit that
will be applied to your balance. Full payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival. The deposit is fully refundable up
to 60 days prior to your arrival. There is a $60 cleaning fee for any stay under 5 nights.
