| Rates and Availability Rent out this Disney condo for $85 per night, or $550 for 7 nights. There is a $100 per week deposit required at the time of your booking in order to receive your reservation confirmation. This deposit will be deducted from the total amount due, and full payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival. The deposit is fully refundable up to 30 days prior to your arrival. There is a $70 cleaning fee for any stay of 4 nights or less. If you stay for 5 nights or more, the $70 cleaning fee will be waived.
